eBay say that Golden Tickets can be sold on eBay via a pre-approved and legally binding auction, meaning bidders are forced by law to pay what they bid. The first ticket was found in a KitKat from a London branch of Sainsbury's, at 4pm on Friday. The Sun and Daily Star newspapers are offering to buy BB7 Golden Tickets. According to the rules sales are legal as long as the tickets havn't been registered with producers first.
